Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by Retractable Outdoor Solutions are custom-built to order based on customer-selected sizes, materials, colors, and configurations.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final once production begins
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference changes

Defects or Shipping Damage

If a product arrives with a manufacturer defect or is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases:

• We will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the affected component
• Replacement or repair is provided at no additional cost to the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to production. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
