Shipping costs are included in the quoted product price. No additional shipping fees are charged beyond what is outlined in your order or quote.

All products offered by Retractable Outdoor Solutions are custom-built to order based on customer-selected sizes, materials, finishes, and configurations. Because of the custom nature of our products, shipping timelines differ from standard off-the-shelf items.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed by 11:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) are considered received on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Handling & Manufacturing Time

Handling time includes manufacturing, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.

Handling time: 28–49 business days
Business days: Monday through Saturday

Manufacturing timelines may vary based on product type, customization level, and manufacturer production schedules. Estimated lead times are provided during the quoting or ordering process.

Transit Time

Once manufacturing is complete and the order has shipped:

Transit time: 1–10 business days
Business days: Monday through Saturday

Transit times vary depending on delivery location, shipping method, and carrier. Some orders may be delivered via freight or dedicated carrier due to size and weight.

Delivery Method

Products may be delivered using:
